What is AdStars?
AdStars is a complete digital network specializing in digital advertising. We are the only AdNetwork that is present on both mobile and website. We have a network of leading and specialty content websites, mobile sites and mobile applications that focus more on Indonesian publishers and audiences.


What is AdStars Web Network?
Our Website Network is composed of high-quality websites where we categorize and sell to Advertisers according to their contents and group them into channels.  Currently our Channels are: Active Female, Moms World, Business and News, Lifestyle and Entertainment, Teens World, Sport Lovers, Tech Savvy and many more.
 
For example, our Moms World Channel is composed of banner ad locations from various websites or pages within websites with Parenting, Babies, Motherhood related content.
 
Our publishers will benefit from us in terms of better monetize ad locations that they previously may have had difficulty in selling.
 
Our advertisers will have access to a focused audience in a localized environment while still having broad reach across many sites and more unique users.


What is AdStars Mobile Network?
AdStars Mobile Network is Indonesian localized mobile network that works similar with our Website Network. We invite publishers of mobile site and mobile application developers to monetize their banner inventories through our advanced and proven mobile ad network platform. 
 
Publishers who have a website presence but not yet mobile site or mobile application are encourage to join our Mobile Network. AdStars Mobile Network will help website publishers build their mobile site version for free and receive more revenues from the new mobile stream.


What is AdStars Pricing?
AdStars sets price to maximize and optimize revenue. AdStars Web Network intends to sell primarily on CPM basis with gross rates expected to be USD 2-4 per CPM. If there is excess inventory and a good campaign at a lower CPM, or possibly CPC (USD 0.2-0.6 per CPC) or CPA, we may consider this option in order to maximize revenue. 
 
AdStars Mobile Network works mostly on CPC basis and the gross rates expected to be around USD 0.05-0.09 CPC. AdStars Mobile Network also allowed for a CPA model where Publisher will be paid based on Acquisition such as database or phone number. AdStars Mobile Network is expected to sell CPA Network at around USD 0.1 – 2.0 depending on the advertiser campaign objectives.
 
All AdStars publishers can reject any advertising for any reason, including price or pricing model.


What is CPM?
CPM is an acronym for Cost Per Mil, with M standing for Mil, a symbol for thousand. It means the cost of producing one thousand impressions gives the publisher a fixed dollar amount each time 1,000 ad views are shown on it's website.


What is CPC and CPA?
CPC is an acronym for Cost Per Click. Typically, this refers to an advertising campaign where the advertiser pays only for each click on the advertisement. CPA (Cost per Action) refers to campaigns where advertisers pay only for qualified actions (e.g., submission of survey, application, etc.).


What is the Pay Out Scheme?
AdStars pays publishers 60 days after each just-ended month of accrued payments (minimum payment of USD 20.00). For example, if a campaign runs from January 1 to January 31, AdStars will pay the publisher 60 days after January 31. We guarantee timely payment even in the case of client cancellation or nonpayment.


What kind of ad locations does AdStars Prefer?
Above-the-scroll or ad location at the top of the page is ideal. We prefer high-impact ad locations that are visible and in the upper fold so that visitors do not have to scroll down the page to view the ad.


What creative ad units do you support?
For Website Network, we offer the following IAB standard ad units (www.iab.net):
   - 728 x 90 Leaderboard
   - 160 x 600 Wide Skyscraper
   - 300 x 250 Medium Rectangle
   - 468 x 60 Banner


Does AdStars Network work on Exclusive Partnership?
We provide our publishers with great flexibility in order to maximize their revenue potential, including allowing them to use and manage default impressions, such as by implementing their own paid advertisements for these default impressions
 
Default impressions are impressions that are not being used by AdStars for paid advertisements. We give publishers the ability to manage and use these default impressions according to their needs. Publishers are also welcomed to rotate the ad location with other adnetwork (i.e Google Adsense) to optimize their revenue.

There is no commitment to remain a member and you can pull out your ad locations for any reason at any time as long as you give us written notice of such.
